During an intensive, the time and the correct dose of asana and actions are given to open the body and the mind to the inner realm. Expert guidance springs one forward, finding a fresh approach in the practice of yoga.

This Intensive is geared towards Level I-II practitioners seeking to have a deeper yoga experience. Saturday and Sunday 9 AM-3 PM. Light vegetarian snack included. Pre-register by 6/1.
